tomorrow so just me today and we have a lot to dive into. The House Democrats have released a, even for House Democrats, a particularly

dishonest and absurd report on how Trump was the one receiving money

from foreign governments, not Biden Trump, sure.

I will, I will eviscerate this report with you. We will dissect and bag up and throw in the

trash this absurd report because that is where it belongs in the trash in the

garbage so we shall we shall discuss that in a little bit.

Trump's legal team in Colorado

has requested cert with the Supreme Court.

Essentially, they've gone to the Supreme Court

and said, look, you guys have got away in on this thing it's crazy what they have

done kicking Trump off the presidential ballot in Colorado in this way and

we need a Supreme Court ruling that will essentially stop this madness.

Remember, we're waiting for the courts in Maine to rule after the main Secretary of state said she would disqualify Trump from the

ballot in the state of Maine but because of the issues involved she's going to

stay her own decision pending judicial review via main state Supreme Court.

A Supreme Court's got away in here and what we need to see is a total slap down of this. I believe you will see a 6-3 or 7-2 decision on this one.

I do not think you will see it 9-0 because Sotomayor and Kataigy Brown Jackson will, they're part of the anti-Trump resistance.

It doesn't matter what the constitutional reality is, doesn't matter what the law says they know their team
