He's leaving in March. He's quitting. The new attorney general takes over.

Rosenstein has made it clear he's leaving to prevent him from being fired, which he would be, so he's announced he's already leaving.

The Mueller investigation will wrap up. Some say as soon as next week. Now, let me just explain something about the Mueller

investigation wrapping up. You've seen a lot of people on television, and this was first reported

by CNN and NBC. So you've got a question. At two news organizations, you can never trust, they're

both reporting it. But when you hear these people say, and we've heard this before, I heard Chris

Wallace this morning say, I first heard this in October of 2017. They said we're wrapping up then.
