Kirby Smart started it off today. I've seen Josh Hypo. I don't even know who else I've seen but Seth Emerson joins us and

Seth let's start good afternoon with with the dogs Kirby Smart getting used to this now, what did we hear from him today?

It was his ninth year.

He name-checked me on the podium, so that was great.

That's good.

Yeah, he, it's not the years, it's the mileage quoting Indiana Jones because he was asked

earlier about, you know, being a relatively young coach and he said 48 is young and I told him Indiana Jones said that it's not the years of the mileage and he quoted it and you know Kirby has won two national championships and he's now kind of the dean of college football not literally

Mark Stoops has more years at school but you know he's he's able to look across the

room this morning at Nick Saban and kind of know, gently needle him about he got in without a credential.

And, you know, Kirby, yeah, this is old hat for him and he's, it's nice.

I can remember before the 2021 season Paul it was always

about you know when will George ever do this will will Kirby you know does he

have a ceiling that he's already reached and etc etc and so I think ever

since they won that first title he's been freed up in terms of last year versus this year

as you well remember there was a tension around him coming in to the

room the tragedy that had occurred right after the national championship game and in the season the

the all season had been mostly quiet until recently and then some of the same

things started happening did that come up and in and your impressions of that and what does it all mean if it means anything other than bad behavior?
