Well, it's almost Friday. It's Thursday. We got a lot to get to today. We'll get to the Trump trial. We'll get to Columbia University. Hey, Mike Johnson, I don't know, love him or hate him, whatever. He was brilliant yesterday. What he had to say at Columbia, I'll play it for you. You got to hear this. We'll get to that. Hey, Harvey Weinstein, conviction overturned.

The rape conviction in New York overturned.

Now, this, some of the stuff that worked here will work with the Trump case.

When it gets to an appeals court, they undo a lot of the stuff that happens in the New York City court.

And they said too many previous incidents, outside incidents were brought in.

It prejudiced the jury.

So he's still convicted in Los Angeles.

But the New York case has been overturned.

So this will be interesting to see what happens as a result of this.

So, hey, Donald Trump has to be in court today. Proceedings have already started. You've got to be

there by 10. Usually gets there about 9.30. But Trump doesn't sleep that much. He sleeps four or five hours

a night. It's been his way his whole life, four hours a night, maybe. So he's up all day and night.

But this morning at 6.30, before the trial, he goes up to 48th in Park to talk to construction

workers. You know, there's a new J.P. Morgan Chase headquarters being built

at 48th in Park. It's a pretty amazing building if you go look at it. David Arena and his team

putting that thing together. But it's a sight to see just a look of this building going up.

But Trump went up there, 48th in Parkwell went down there on his way to court,

stopped, spent about 20 minutes with the construction workers. They're all cheering them. They love

them. Working people, blue-collar guys, they love Donald Trump. That was his campaign appearance

today. Joe Biden's campaign appearance today, it'll be in Westchester. So if you're in Westchester County, it's going to be tangled up a little because of Biden visiting.

He'll arrive at Westchester County Airport this evening.

And then he's going to the home of Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta Jones.
