I know what these guys are capable of, so anytime you go through the law of stretch, you know, where you're having a hard time scoring runs.

Look, again, we know it's going to happen, whether it's for a couple of weeks here or there, you're going to have up swings and down swings.

But knowing what we have going out there, I know what they're capable of, so we've got to keep working to get them to where we need to be, because we know we're capable of scoring a lot of runs.

This is part of it, it's scrying time. We've got to get some guys going, and we're all part of that.

So we know we have a higher standard, and they expect more, and know we're going to be better, but we're going through it right now a little bit.

I wish, when I got in trouble with Natalie at home, I had Aaron Boone to bring in and explain everything away as the Yankees lose to the very lowly.

And I suggested to Don yesterday that at least one loss in this series was possible, and they seems they get it in game one on the flip side across town.

The New York Mets play a good game all around. You don't get that every day, and we'll dive more into them in a minute.

But first, Don is at a doctor's appointment. You guys probably heard him coughing on the show yesterday. He's at the doctor getting checked out, seeing what's what.

So I have the distinct privilege and honor of bringing in my good friends, people who I've never had a problem with.

I'm not kidding. It was palpable. Now, here's the issue. I have though. All right. I have on the yes network. I'm in my home studio.

I was told you just you dial into this device. You'll get right on. It's the two of you. And I'm nowhere to be found on the TV version of this show.

Really? They're not showing you. Nope. Not on even a little bit. Hold on one second, though. Hold on one second.

And then he was like, oh, yeah, by the way, you got to, you got to be on. Yes. And you said to him, verbatim.

Can I just be Dave on the line in the screen? Oh, you got what you wanted? No, but no, no, no. That's what I wanted when I was slub Rothenberg at seven o'clock in the morning.

Well, I went home. I took a nap. I had a salad for lunch. I went to the barber. I cleaned up the beard. I took a shower. I did my hair.
