Well, it's dry out at least. There's a little rain this afternoon, and then that's it.

We've got lots to get to. We'll get to Judge Kavanaugh, the smear campaign.

We'll get to Rod Rosenstein. We'll get to President Trump at the U.N., his meeting with Rosenstein.

We'll get to Governor Cuomo, his wacky comment. We'll get to

10 years. He's in jail as we speak. We'll get to Facebook and Instagram, their big fight. Google

making a big change. And, well, lots to talk about. If you're in Manhattan, you probably don't realize how bad things were yesterday in the middle of Manhattan.

The worst thing is at a curb, you had to, like, leap over a puddle, a lot of rain.

But if you were out in New Jersey or Westchester or Connecticut, the flooding was brutal.

Again, if you live in Manhattan, you may not realize this,

but 95 was closed, highways closed, parkways closed. It's still a mess. Parts of the sawmill and the hutch still shut down. The flooding was unbelievable. People even trying to drive home to Jersey

City or Hoboken stuck in traffic parts of it like where

one and nine are the flooding so bad the road had to close down total mess yesterday

would be days and days of trying to recover from all this so judge Kavanaugh it's what's

today Wednesday so tomorrow's the hearing. It probably starts

in the morning, but I don't think you'll really see anything until afternoon because, you know

how this Senate hearings are, they make these opening statements that'll go forever. It's Judge

Kavanaugh, the accuser. We don't know if she'll even show up. There's still question marks all over that. She's not happy about the arrangements. She wanted some, what Alan Dershowitz described as insane arrangements. No attorney would be allowed to question her. The judge would go first and then after that,

then she would make the accusations. Of course, in the American justice system, it's the other

way around. The accuser makes the accusations. Then the accused gets a chance to respond.

She wanted to eliminate that. So that's all been changed. Now, the way it'll work is she can make her statement.

She can do an opening statement as long as she wants. She can talk for three hours if she wants.
