Well, it's a beautiful sunny Wednesday.

Outside of that, it's a disaster, but we'll bring you up to speed on everything.

Now, the mayor has been talking about this.

Prepare for shelter in place.

New Yorkers should be prepared right now for the possibility of a shelter-in-place order. It has not happened yet, but it is definitely

a possibility at this point. All right. Now, what's going on here? The mayor and the governor

bitter enemies for 20 years to hate each other. The governor... No city in the state can quarantine

itself without state approval. And I have no interest whatsoever

and no plan whatsoever to quarantine any city. Now this is this rivalry playing out at the

worst possible moment. This is a little game playing and the key to this is they're using two different words.

The governor is saying only the state has the power to quarantine a city.

Quarantine and shelter in place are two different things.

Quarantine would mean you don't let anybody in or out of the city.

In other words, you block entrances to the city.

That's a quarantine.

Only the governor can do that.

That is not what the mayor is talking about.
