a little brief story. Because I'm going to read you a couple emails. This has to do with

everything going on right now. Just stay with me. Today, I ate at one of our local

donut shops for the last time. Just hang with me for a minute. The last time. I will never

eat from there again. See, the first time I ever went, they have

these things. They're croissant calacches. And for those people who aren't in Texas,

who don't know what that means. A calachi is just a pastry that's always stuffed with something.

Normally it's a sausage, but it can be stuffed with any manner of things. It can be sweet or whatever. But in Texas, if you find a
