This is the cruelest tax of all.

You know, when you tax the rich

with whatever scheme you come up with,

they can avoid it.

They can choose how they get their money.

They can choose where they live.

They can take their income in whatever way they want.

They can always dodge the tax. That's why they don't pay, you know, big percentages.

You know, when you find out it was multi-billionary, you only pay to 18%.

That's because you can do things differently.

But you can't avoid inflation.
