Well, welcome to 2019. It's Mark Simone. I'm back. We'll bring you everything, the inside

story on everything. We'll get to President Trump. We'll get to Lewis C.K. We'll get to

Facebook. We'll get to Mueller, Romney, Bloomberg, McChrystal and all of that coming up. I've got to be honest,

I'm a little confused and a little lost here. This is the longest I was ever away.

Been a long time. There's been like 10 days. I forget where everything is, what you do here.

I've been spending the last 10 days living like a normal person getting up at 11 o'clock like

people should.

11 o'clock? Yeah, that's what you're supposed to get that's normal yeah that's normal maybe for you well you're supposed to like get home at

three o'clock fall asleep with all your clothes on for about 12 hours and then slowly wake up that's how

it's done yeah anyway uh 2019 it doesn't feel any different.

I want to congratulate the city for getting through Times Square, midnight, New Year's Eve,

and the pouring rain.

What a great job the NYPD did.

Did you imagine standing out there in the rain?

Yeah, and you couldn't have an umbrella for several reasons.

One security also, if you have a million people with a million umbrellas, first of all,

if you open your umbrella and hold it over your head, you block them like three other

people.

So it would have been just a nightmare.

So no umbrellas.

You read some of those stories about all these people, you know, they stand there for like nine hours waiting for it.
