And man, does it feel good to win a baseball game if you're a Yankee fan?

Man, does it feel good for about, I don't know, maybe a couple hours?

And now I'm thinking, why the heck was David Bednar not used the last two nights, Aaron Boone? Or specifically the previous night in the save situation or they keep the game alive. But of course, Boone had to save him for said save situation that was never happening. That's what I was thinking after you had the initial great feeling of a Yankee fan. Like, all right, we won a game into the off day. Because we talked about it yesterday. I don't know if they were definitely going to do it. In fact, I'd lean they probably still wouldn't. But if there was ever a time for an actual managerial change in season, it would have been today. Imagine if the Yankees had lost what the conversation would be, being swept in Texas, 0 and 6, after the trade deadline.

So that was a tremendous win for the Yankees yesterday.

It doesn't mean a thing if they don't build on it,
