We will be honoring the memory legacy and impact of Russia Limbaugh during the course of this program as two years ago today.

He passed. I know that is still a very difficult moment for many of you and that many of you including both Bucks myself miss Russia Limbaugh every single day.

We will have a very timely tribute to him during the course of today's program. East Palestine, Ohio continues to grow into more and more of a calamity.

We talked with the congressman there on Wednesday. I thought we had a really good discussion with him about the absolute latest on the ground.

But the response so far definitely begs the question of what in the world is the Biden administration doing we will discuss.

Ron DeSantis has been branded as the new Trump even worse than Trump as we told you would likely be the case.

And there's some interesting data out on where people have moved basically since COVID started and I think it's incredibly telling.

But I wanted to start with a story that is very much a positive that I bet you're not going to hear anywhere else probably in media today unless a lot of people listen to this open and then they say, oh wow this is a big story now we're going to cover it.

So we're number one in Salt Lake City. I love the state of Utah. I appreciate everybody out there listening to us right now. It's a fabulous place.

This weekend the NBA All-Star game is coming to Salt Lake City. Congratulations to people in Utah getting to host a big event like that where they love their jazz.

It's the only major pro sports franchise in the entire state of Utah.

What's interesting about this is there have been two bills passed in the last year in Utah directly related to transgender related issues.

I agree with both of them, but the state of Utah has passed a bill saying kids in high school have to have to play against kids on the birth certificate.

In other words, if you are born a boy in Utah, you compete against boys and athletics for your entire high school career.

If you are born a girl, you compete against girls. This girl's this shouldn't be wildly crazy, right? We have all sorts of designations and sports, but it's designed to keep a boy from deciding that he identifies as a girl.

And then thanks to boys being bigger, stronger and faster than girls, that boy going and playing in a girl's high school sport dominating potentially winning a state championship.

I think it's an imminently reasonable bill. I think every state in the United States should have passed this same bill. Many have, but not surprisingly many left wing blue states have not.

But Utah has. So I agree with that bill. It was somewhat controversial. It got a lot of attention. Also, I agree with this other bill that Utah recently passed.

Utah recently passed a bill that I believe every state should also pass if they haven't already banning gender transition surgery for minors.

This isn't really that radical of an idea. In many states, for instance, you can't get a tattoo. If you can't get a tattoo, why in the world and when you're under 18, why in the world should you be able to, for instance, have your breasts removed because you have decided that you are no longer a girl and you are not.
