Joe Bartlett, when you saw the President of the United States fall, I've seen people fall

downstairs. Have you ever seen people fall upstairs? That's an unusual one. I don't know what the

problem was. Well, they announced it was the wind. Very windy. This is the biggest lie in the world.

When it is very windy, they don't use those

stairs. I don't know if you've ever noticed this. You can see a picture of this on my Twitter.

When it is very windy, there's a much lower door and a much shorter stairs that they use.

When you see the picture, you'll recognize, oh yeah, I've seen that. It's a very short staircase.

So if it were windy, they would have used that.
