If you have the opportunity to get the most talented player in baseball history, you

go out and do it, but it's not exactly for the same reasons that Buster was laying

out.

Of course, 2023 matters, but to me, if I'm the Yankees, what I want to do is open

and show Hayotani's eyes, and illustrate to him that all of the comfort he has known

in Amaheim, everything he really knows about Major League Baseball is through the angels,

that that's not the only path that he can take.
