I heard over the weekend. You had some situation going on when you had to pay thousands of thousands of dollars and I'm glad that you're here. Mind your business, okay? Mind your business. And in fact, I'm looking at my hard earned money right now. It looks good. He did a great job. I tell you what, adulting is a mug. Adolting is, they don't tell you about this. Everybody's in a listen, if you are a young man right now, a woman and you're in a rush to become an adult, take your time. Don't do it. Take your time. It's a lot. It is well worth it once you get there and everything. But dang it is hard because, as you know, Rob G, once you own a home, it's on you. Yeah. It is on you. I grew up in apartments and townhouses and condominiums growing up.

Most of it. Boy, but once, you know, we've been in this particular house. We've been holding it now for some years. We owned a condo two before this back in Michigan. But my point is, when that thing breaks, it's on you. Dub, you'll appreciate this, man. My oven, you know, got the oven and the microwave stacked on top of it. The glass door to my oven shattered like three years ago. Have I replaced it? No, sir, because they said the cost to replace that piece of glass.
