but I do think that this year in dealing with Kirk Cousins personality and with

him maybe having some better understanding of how to approach his teammates, especially in an offense that he is very comfortable with, at least he can tell them this is my offense that they designed for me and I am in charge of it so you do it the way

that I'm supposed to do it which I think would be an upgrade from what they did last
