Mayor de Blasio and more. Let me just clear this up. I don't want to frighten everybody. Kamala Harris

will be president for how long, about a half hour, because Joe Biden's getting his physical,

right, Joe Bartlett, he's getting a colonoscopy, and that means anesthesia.

That's right, little sedation, yep.

And how long is it?

That's like a, be a half hour, an hour?

Yeah, I would say no more than half an hour.

So for half an hour, she'll be president of the United States.

In other words, he signs over all presidential powers. This is normal when a president is going to be,

uh, go under anesthesia because his mind will be inactive and foggy. And that's why he has to sign
