Another Max is going to join the show.

Max St. John is one of the few involved in the league's schedule

making team. We've had Mike North on the show many times in previous years. Max St. John is

actually their analytics guy on the schedule making team, and he really has some good insight on the

schedule.

You'll hear my conversation with Max coming up here in the first hour of the show.

The NBA's down to four, and the weekend really was disappointing in terms of trying to get just one competitive game in a closeout situation. Man, the Pistons were horrible last night. The Timberwolves

horrible on Friday night. More on that coming up shortly. Steph Diggs and Washington linked together

over the weekend. I'll tell you what happened and who said it coming up shortly. Man, I'm going to

be honest with you. I did not even really know who Aaron Rye was. I've seen his name on leaderboards before.

I didn't even know how to pronounce his last name until I heard it on the telecast yesterday.

He was three under par when he went to number nine, and he was a shot off the pace at that point. He went six under par

over the final ten holes. Included in that was that 68 and a half foot putt that you heard

coming in on the very difficult par three 17th. And what I found out many of you did if you watched is that Aaron Rye winning

a PGA championship yesterday was a very, very popular result among everybody on the tour.
