80th anniversary of D-Day. If you are an American history

history nerd like both Buck and myself are. The ceremonies taking place today, the

remembrance for everyone who stormed those beaches 80 years ago pretty remarkable day.

One of the coolest experiences I've had in my life

was getting to tour the beaches of Normandy and spend the day seeing all of that

beach heads seeing all of the hills seeing all of the mountains basically that our troops had to take.

Many of those areas still look the exact same as they did essentially 80 years ago.

Many of those total German pillboxes,

you can walk right inside of them.

They still have some of the old armaments that have been

abandoned there it is an incredible experience and I wish every American had the opportunity to actually spend a day or more being able to walk

those battlefields and see what the brave men did 80 years ago when they stepped out onto those beaches and

to hail of Nazi gunfire. And so I wanted to start with General Eisenhower's message to Allied forces taking part in D-Day on June 6,
