We are rolling through the various teams and divisions looking ahead to the trade deadline.

And Danny, I think there are a couple of

teams rivals in the southwest division both in somewhat similar situations the spurs and the

rockets where'd you like to start let's begin with Houston who the thing that's different

between these two teams is that Houston is very close to a spending

constraint. They are hard-capped at the first apron, and they are extremely close to the first

apron. They're about $1.3 million short of the first apron. So what that means is that the

rockets can do moves, they're not restricted, but they can't do many moves that they really

add salary. That is a constraint for them. However, the Rockets do not have some of the other constraints that successful teams do,

i.e., you know, they have a lot of assets that they could trade.

So if the Rockets wanted to upgrade, they can't really add salary overall in the deal,

but they can trade, they could trade first-run picks, they could trade seconds,

they could trade good young players if they wanted to make that sort of. Yeah, and they did get

Kevin Durant on a pretty reasonable extension for next year, $43 million, and then a player

option for 46 in 27, 28. They also have Tari Isan still out there as restricted for agent this summer.

We don't know what it's going to take to re-sign him necessarily.
