What up? Hey guys. So this is a personal milestone for me.

Not necessarily a big milestone for the Bravo podcast community as a whole,

because everybody's done it. But I got Ryan Bailey on the pod.

So if you're new here, you don't really know the deal. But if you're one of my OGs,

oh my god, if you're one of my OGs, what's up? Hey. But if you are here from the beginning,

you know that this podcast started as really just therapy for me. I had such low self-esteem

coming out of the pandemic or we're still in the pandemic. In the pandemic,

my self-esteem going into the pandemic was low and then it was in the negative

black hole, bottomless pit of hell. Quick tangent speaking of self-esteem.

I recently went through a hair journey, a hair color journey. I love being very, very,

very blonde. Like I loved, I love bleaching it. I love, you know, just destroying it.

And then I love to use like heating products and all the things that you do to make your hair

hate you. And a couple months ago, actually I don't remember weeks ago, I have no sense of time.

The company Amorfee, they work with a lot of, um, Bravo Labs. They sent me a package. It was

this really, it was so cool. They just reached out to me at a nowhere and they were like,

hey, we want to send you some hair product. And I was like, okay, what? And I've been using the

conditioner. Oh my god. It is like genuinely the best conditioner I've ever used. Okay, they're

not paying, they're not paying me to say this. I saw like, if they were, I would tell you. But
