0:58.0	Newark Mayor and New Jersey gubernatorial candidate Ros Baraka was arrested on trespassing charges
1:02.8	during a chaotic scene involving protesters, federal agents, members of Congress near an ICE detention facility.
1:13.9	And so, breaking late yesterday,
1:20.0	a federal judge dismissed those charges, scolded the federal prosecutors for their, quote,
1:26.9	unquote, embarrassing conduct. And then Judge Andre Espinoza excoriated Donald Trump's former personal lawyer.
1:28.0	You may remember her, a now interim U.S. attorney for New Jersey.
1:31.5	And that is Alina Haba saying, and I quote here,
1:34.5	your role is not to secure convictions at all costs,
1:38.5	nor to satisfy public clamor not to advance political agendas.

1:46.4	standard than that. But we have more news because while the charges against Mayor Baraka
1:51.8	were dropped, we've now learned that Alina Haba has slapped New Jersey Congresswoman
