The breaking news from our friends over us weekly is that RHAA alum Kannie Burr's ex, Todd Tucker,

demands primary custody and questions the prenuptial agreement.

Wow, Todd, I thought this was not going to be a messy divorce, but apparently not.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Lam County Burris' estranged husband, Todd Tucker, is demanding

primary custody of their two kids in the divorce court, Us Weekly Can Exclusive Report.

This is interesting because a lot of people pointed out that he was not in the Thanksgiving

picture with

Candy and the rest of the family, including Kayla, his daughter. But Candy immediately dispelled

that and said, no, Todd was there. Todd was, he just left early, so he wasn't there for the photo.

And they recently reunited for Blaise's birthday. But some of you were saying, I don't know. I think that Todd has been

setting this up for a very long time and has been putting out there that he's the primary person

that takes care of the kids. And the whole daddy daycare of it all. We also remember some people

pointed out during the Candy and Todd wedding special, they felt like, well, he did sign the pre-up, but did he sign that pre-up under duress?

So, they said on Wednesday, November 26th, the day before Thanksgiving, I wonder if Candy even knew about this.

Todd filed a response to the divorce petition that Candy filed.

He said that their two children are currently in his care and residing with him in Georgia,

while Burris, whose 49, handles out-of-state work obligations.

She just announced that she's going to be in Ann Juliet on Broadway until March here in New York City.

The ex-shaer's son, ace born on 2016, and daughter Blaisborn in 2019. Tucker, who's 52, noted

that Burris's work obligations will, quote, continue to require her to be away from the children for at least
