previously about how the filibuster, which is a provision of Senate rules, can be broken under certain circumstances, but Joe Manchin and Kirsten Cinema have been saying that they will not support breaking the filibuster on massive bills.

Massive is not the right term.

They're okay with appointments, cabinet officials, Supreme Court justices.

They're breaking it for reconciliation for the stimulus bill, which is anything but a stimulus bill.

It's creating a problem that only their worldview can solve.

But Mansion and cinema, because the Senate is 50-50, have an extraordinary amount of power.
