I hope that you're having a terrific Friday or whatever day you're listening.

I appreciate you making this show part of your routine whatever that

routine is let's talk about a weird and eventful win for the 49ers on Thursday night, one that probably doesn't completely undo fears about

their future, but one that certainly restores a bit of order to the NFC west. The 49ers and Seahawks felt like they were

leaking oil all night. As I believe I once said in slot back rhapsody my first novel that was about football and

published longer ago than I care to admit it's a war of nutrition out there.

A bunch of injuries, it felt like offensive and defensive players on both teams were dropping

like flies.

Many of the skill weapons would get hurt or, you something but would return one notable one did not

return both defenses were already thin in their secondaries and lost even more

players as this game went along.

The biggest name, injury-wise, of course, was Super Deep Sleeper, Jordan Mason.

Second quarter, he'd been dealing, he'd been truth in advertising, but he fell on his shoulder

and he immediately knew something was wrong, he stayed down, they sent him to the locker room.

Kyle Shanahan got interviewed at the start of the second half and he said

Jordan Mason's fine. He's going to be out there right away. And I guess, technically speaking, it wasn't a lie.
