Congratulations on making it through January.

I feel like a millennial meme when I say that because I've been

seeing so many memes, mostly millennial coded type of memes of people saying, what was the one I

just saw? Oh, January was just a trial run. The year is actually starting in February,

things along those lines with that sort of humor, which is not necessarily my favorite,

although I will say I get it. And I do think January was a very weird month at the very least

for a lot of us. So if you're looking to start

2025 in February, or maybe even waiting until the spring, you do you. I don't think there's

any need to completely re-haul your life in January. My friend Rachel Brockbank, she's

Tishmal, is her Instagram handle, And she actually came on the podcast back in

the early days of Girls Camp. And we need her back. She's so amazing. But she was posting some things
