It's Monday, October 4th, and that means that I am here talking SEC football.

I'm your host, David Ubin, with my co-host, as always, Andy Staples of the Andy Staples and Friends feed.

Quite a weekend in the SEC.

Andy, listen, you've been beating the drum for Georgia all, well, for most of the offseason and most of this season.

I have to admit, I think you've won me over.

They're kind of good, right?

No, not that they're good.

I think Georgia is the best team in the country.

I like Alabama. Alabama's

very, very, very good, obviously. I think Georgia might be better. I think that Georgia defensive line

is the best, you know, the best position unit in the country, I would say. And they're going to test

Alabama's offensive line who might challenge them as the best unit in the country overall.

But I think that if you can change a ball game up front, you can do so a lot more.

I think with a disruptive front than you can with a good offensive line.

Georgia has that.

Now, I will say, caveat, Andy, I don't think they can beat Alabama unless they have a healthy J.T. Daniels. I don't believe that at all. You're going to have to score some points. But I think they can. And, you know, it doesn't sound like, you know, here in Kirby Smart talk about it. It sounds like a week-to-week deal. He was giving the media a kinesiology lesson on the lat after the lat after the game, that a lot of things can happen.

It's a very large muscle.

But ultimately, if you can, you know, keep J.T. Daniels, you know, sheld for a little bit, let him heal up.

I got to say, I think, I think you've converted me through no, through no effort of your own, except just a steadfast, a steadfast consistency.

But I think Georgia might be a touch better than Alabama. It's very close.

Yeah. And look, if all goes well, they're going to play. So you can split hairs as much as you want.
