A mentor is someone that sits in the situation

that you want to be in.

It's an intimate relationship where someone can share

the dummy tax that they paid,

the relationships that they had

in order to effectuate the objectives that you have.

A coach, on the other hand, may not know nearly as much as you,

but what they have the capability of doing

is bringing the best out of you.

This is the flavor.

So Sean, you know, you're one of one of the great mentors

in hospitality, but yet you have multiple mentors yourself.

And so I thought you'd be a perfect person to come on

for, you know, 20, 30 minutes.
