Hi everybody, welcome back to a new episode of The Bad Broadcast. My name's Maddie and I'm your host.

I am just hopping on here really quick to do a little intro before we get into today's episode because I am not solo this week.

Every now and then there's just somebody too good that I can't keep them to myself and I have to have them on the podcast and that person this week is Ash Adams.

And if you know Ash, you already love her. If you don't know her, be prepared to fall in love with her because there's nobody on the planet like Ash.

And I mean that in the best way possible. I met her like a year ago and she's a palm reader.

So she read my palm and then about 30 seconds into talking to her. I was like, yeah, I'm going to keep you forever.

So she's helped me so much kind of explore spirituality and we talk about it a lot in this episode.

But the thing I love about Ash is that she doesn't approach spirituality in the way that makes it seem like it's magic or it's like some cure all.

She just she approaches it in such a like normal, cool way.

I don't even know how else to describe it. But I just I love the way she talks about things and it's helped me like stay open to all of these different avenues of spirituality.

I just I love nothing more than sitting down and talking to Ash and I think you guys will be able to tell because this episode is extremely long and it's because I cannot get enough of her.
