kidnappings and missing people the timing element is crucial right how long they're away

the less chance they have to come back or something well depends upon where you are

depend you know it depends upon the industry the kidnapping is a business outside of States, it's a very risky thing inside the US.

But outside the United States, they're not someplace

where they think they're going to get caught.

I don't think they're going to go to jail.

So it's a business.
