Yeah, and we're always conscious of the turtles. Exactly. Yeah, but if you want to get into New York acting for real, I think I know someone. Yeah.

Yeah, well, maybe we should just start talking about drag race. And if we're going to talk about breaking into the New York acting scene.

Uh-huh. Yeah, look, I don't want to be facetious about this. Can we just get out the gate and say fuck sherry pie?

Bye, girl. Bye. Oh, yeah. So if you haven't heard about it, RuPaul's drag race for the first time in history, disqualified a queen before the season even started.

Uh-huh. Yeah, and it's nothing to take lightly because with that disqualification comes anywhere between nine and 30 from what I understand allegations of sexual harassment, coercion, all this kind of really horrible stuff.

And now if you haven't read the news by chance, we won't fully get into it, but basically sherry pie, one of the queens on season 12 of drag race recently got found out for posing as a New York casting agent under the name Alison, mossy, mozi, something like that.

And uh, basically coercing people that were kind of like in their circle to audition for roles at, you know, a pretty prominent New York theater.

And basically got them to send to self tapes that turned out to escalate from like, you know, reading a monologue stuff like that to like really sexual stuff.

Like basically these people all thought that they were going through an audition process for something that may be potentially really gritty.

And uh, yeah, it wasn't. No. And sherry pie has apologized for it publicly. Yeah. So basically confirmed that, yeah, it went down. So that's basically the last time we're going to be talking about sherry pie.

I don't think we really have to talk about them anymore. No, but anything because season 12 of drag race is still going on and there are still a lot of talented queens on there that deserve our lip service more than sherry pie.

Totally, although it should be stated for the record that sherry pie didn't really put at that much of an apology. It was like, I need really realizing that I need to focus on my mental health.

Right. Just a lot of hot air like that. But essentially VH want to said, you know, there's no chance that they're going to win the season.

They have edited her out of all kind of like media surrounding the season, like promo photos, meet the queens videos, all that kind of stuff.

I don't know if they're going to try to pair down her edit in the show. Yeah, there's a lot of speculation that they will that they won't. We don't really know.

I guess we'll have to wait and see as the episodes air on a weekly basis. Yeah, but it's just it's a really fucked up situation and you know nothing but love for the victims and all the people who are stepping forward with these allegations.

And I mean, everything is a little bit at this point until proven in the court of law. But ultimately that's why we're not going to be talking about it anymore because it is actually being handled legally right now.

There's been a lot of light shed on this situation. You know, I think the reality is that obviously we stand with the victims and we are not for Sherry Pie in any way, shape or form.
