Ransomed Heart. It's called Hoping in the Coming Kingdom and over the next few weeks

we're going to do a series of excerpts from this. I think you're really going to like it.

We hope for so many things, but how often is our hope directed in the

coming kingdom? Really, in this day we're so preoccupied with the day to day and just getting

through the next round of bills and

keeping crabgrass out of the lawn and making sure our kids are well-behaved in

church. I mean looking beyond that into the coming kingdom what difference does that make any

it actually changes everything and I think in the serious issue here

John speak you're gonna be challenged encouraged and you're going to be challenged, encouraged, and your orientation to day-to-day living affected.

I'm going to read a few things in my journal as we go through the weekend.

It was back in the summer and I was driving by myself, we have a little piece of property about four hours from here that's our getaway place and it's in the sagebrush and in the aspens and it's really pretty.

That's a little cabin there and I was driving there by myself and I was listening to

the Chronicles of Narnia on audio book.

I was listening to the last one, which is the last battle.
