And in this episode, I'm going to talk about the idea that the things around us, the things we aren't happy with, the things we aren't content with, and the things that we've simply accepted we've conceded to. Don't have to be that way. And the sooner we realize that, the better. I'm going to tell you a story about sort of a

light bulb going off in my head recently with regard to change, with regard to being proactive

about the life that I want and hopefully give you guys something to use to make your situation better, more conducive to what you're trying to do.

So the other day, I had my laptop.

I was doing some work over at my friend Zach's house.

And sitting on the counter or the laptops on the counter.

I'm sitting next to the counter.

And I start hearing this sledgehammer hit a wall.

And I'm thinking, what in God's name is going on, right? So close the laptop, run down the hall and Zach's standing there and he's just destroying part of his wall. And I'm like, dude, what in God's name is going on?

Why are you, what are you doing?

And he's like, well, you know, I was looking around and I figured I could use more room for shoes.

And I just kind of said that I looked at him.

I'm like, with shoes, shoes.

So essentially, he realized that he wanted more closets in his room,

so he pulled a sledgehammer from the basement and created a closet.

And so probably not a big deal to some people to meet, like they would just never cross my mind.

I'd never walk into a room and think, you know, this is great, but, you know, you need to take

that wall down.

It'd be like, this either works or it doesn't, right?

These are the parameters and I'm going to live within them.

That's the way it works.
