Here we are tonight having sung some really beautiful songs, prayed some really beautiful

prayers, met some people, heard a really beautiful story. And all of that means that most of us

are disconnected from our real

lives just enough to hear that psalm and to be stirred, to be moved. It's evocative. I wait for the

Lord. My whole being waits. And in his word, I put my hope. But if you connect really quickly back to your

real life, your irritations with your boss, your concerns about paying rent this month, your fears

about your marriage, or your fears about never getting married, your struggle to comprehend yet

another war, you're concerned about your friend's illness the doctors can't figure out, your struggle to comprehend yet another war, you're concerned about your
