I think we as a people have been through some trauma, to say the least.

Trauma that we have not known in our lifetimes, and I'm talking about people my age, or even

Not only we have this pandemic that's created the biggest fear, worry, anxiety since World

War II, but we have experience a very bruising, if not dislocating election season. And so as you're

under Shepard, those of you have been around here for a long time, you know

that I have nothing to offer from me. The only thing I have is in the Word of God. And I've always,

in all occasions, have taken you to the Word of God to see what the Word of God would say to us.

And certainly in uncertain times, that is the case.

And to say that we as a nation are divided is the most understatement of the year.

During the time of the Prophet Isaiah, the nation was experiencing a severe crisis.

The nation was traumatized. This crisis and the confusion that had arisen from it was the death of a good king, who was the hope of the nation.

And I hope that you already have turned to Isaiah chapter 6. And this king died. The word of God said, in the year that King Osaya died,

I saw the Lord. Let me repeat this. In the year that King Osaya died, I saw the Lord sitting upon his throne, high and lifted up, and his train fell the temple.

King Osiah reigned for 52 years.
