sin and its effects but despite the hurt caused by sin Christ's victory

over sin and death provide us with eternal hope.

A day is one of our church planners who is preparing to plan a church in Northwest DC.

One of... Plant a church in Northwest DC, one of 55 different church plants that we as a church have had the privilege of being a part of over the last three years.

And I just want to encourage us to think through what if that,

praise God for 55 Church, but what if that is only the beginning of the multiplication

of the gospel we can be a part of in Greater Washington, D.C. and far from the DMV all around the world.

So today and in a sense last week, but particularly today as we have this first Sunday in December.

We are kicking off an emphasis that will last throughout this month called One in December, where we are going to encourage one another in a fresh way to say during

this month, how can we give to see churches planted all around DC? To see this church be as

biblical and healthy as possible and then to see multiple churches as

biblical and healthy as possible around our city and around the world.

So we're going to be challenging one another.

You're going to hear a lot about this all month long.

Challenging one another to pray about, consider the part God may be leading each of us to play in this picture.

I want to challenge each other to think through how might God be leading you to give?
