Anything that you and I have endeavored to accomplish outside of the posture of appropriate identification

actually becomes a violation of heaven's divine intention. Let me explain. Oftentimes we try to produce something

in order that that achievement might bring a sense of worth and validation. However, with the

father in baptism brings the inheritance of identity to Jesus, it is not because he has earned

identity and function. Whenever your

accomplishment becomes the resource whereby you derive your identity, you'll always be vulnerable

to the imposter's voice in the days when the Father invites us to be rather than produce.

You'll never have the degree of confidence and security.

The Father intends for you to walk in concerning who you are, who you really are,

until you say yes to the lifestyle of proximity.

For in the nearness of this devotional encounter, he comes after the charade.

He draws you near enough to the flame of his own heart concerning you.

And there and only there, the flame melts the wax you and I have used to construct an artificial manhood.

Right there in the all satisfying place, you in his lap,

the place where all temptation to placate is consumed by the revelation

that he and only he alone knows who I really am.

Only the architect can really fully understand the intricacies of his own design. Your adversary will give
