I want to talk about this, the Ark and the Apostolic Revival community and the Lord pulled us really strongly back into personal devotion

because it's the only legal platform or foundation for corporate identity any any any vision that you've

attached yourself to corporately that did not have its foundation in private

personal devotion is actually a dangerous thing for you to join your heart to.

Because, see, there's a lot of ambition that has now been classed as vision.

And vision by definition, even in a scriptural sense, where people perish, two things can cost people to. Lack of knowledge and a lack of vision.

Knowledge is noces. It's a word of intimacy. It doesn't have to do with intellect. It wasn't an excuse as leaders for us to become academic.

I choose to be academically responsible because academic responsibility is permission for safety

and increased devotional encounters. I have to be academically responsible to the Word of God

so I can know how to judge my encounters. It's the knowledge of the Word that creates the safety

for the encounter. We let the knowledge of the Word replace the necessity of the word that creates the safety for the encounter, we let the knowledge of the word

replace the necessity of the encounter. And now some of the churches that claim to have the

highest, or some of the denominations, maybe I should say, that claim to have the highest

degree of biblical integrity or academic integrity, or scholastic, maybe I should say, integrity,

or some of the churches that have said,

we don't have to have an encounter now because of how much we know.

Amen?

And the knowledge was supposed to be the foundation that created the permission

for a higher degree of encounter than

we've ever walked in our experience before.
