So I wasn't prepared to speak, but I'm always sort of got something moving. So I'm going to

just kind of give you some thoughts. I don't have a lot of notes on this. It's a text I've

ministered from many times, but I'm beginning to see everything differently in light of this

new age that the Father has allowed us to enter into. So Acts 2, out of the Passion Translation,

beginning in verse 42, says, every believer was faithfully devoted to following the teachings of the

apostles. Their hearts were mutually linked to one

another, sharing communion and coming together regularly for prayer. I love this next line.

A deep sense of holy awe swept over everyone. Sound like a description of some of what we've

A deep sense of holy awe swept over everyone, and the apostles performed many miraculous signs

and wonders. All the believers were in fellowship as one body. That's what Matt's talking about

this morning. All the believers were in fellowship as one body. They shared with one another

whatever they had. Out of generosity, they even sold their assets to distribute the proceeds

to those among them who were in need. Daily, they met together in the temple courts and in one

another's homes to celebrate communion. They shared meals together with joyful

hearts and tender humility. They were continually filled with praises to God, enjoying the favor of all the

people, and the Lord kept adding to their number daily those who were being saved.

There's so much in that, but I think it's somewhat of a description of what the Father is currently making available to a company of people, is that there is something of an understanding of

us coming together and the community side of the apostolic revival community that almost

happens very naturally in the lives of people who are doing devotion well I can tell

where people are devotionally by looking at where they are corporately.
