Summary

Welcome to HOOVERING, the podcast about eating. Host, Jessica Fostekew (Guilty Feminist, Motherland) has a frank conversation with an interesting person about gobbling; guzzling; nibbling; scoffing; devouring and wolfing all up… or if you will, hoovering.

This episode was recorded LIVE back in May at the beautiful Machynlleth Comedy Festival with brilliantly funny Welsh comedians Priya Hall and Esyllt Sears. They were amazing company and they both brought the most exciting things to taste to a hoovering live recording that guests have ever done before. It’s an absolute wonder that no-one was, as far as I know, harmed in the making of this particularly excellent edition of the podcast.

My new show WENCH has just this weekend left at the EDINBURGH fringe festival where it’s had a fully sold out run with extra shows and so far a giant list of 6 four star reviews including from The Times - but if you’ve missed the fringe, fine because it’s coming ON TOUR? Yes please! Come come come come come. Please.

Ohhh we mentioned so many things. Here are links to just some of them:

The iconic KIRI PRITCHARD-MCLEAN

The also iconic SQUASHIES and NANDOS

And the less iconic but at least freakishly compelling Prime TV series THE PURGE (be warned, it’s really disappointing after series 1. You’re also totally allowed to find even series 1 disgusting and disappointing too).
