And meeting this hero was like a dream, as you’ll hear she’s the most funny, lovely, articulate whizz - it was the most gorgeous, easy, enlightening and nourishing (excuse the pun) conversation, all whilst I walloped a bit of double ginger and apple cake from a recipe in her latest book, One.
