It's February, and what comes to mind when the second month of the year rolls around?

Well, Valentine's Day, of course. For some, Valentine's Day of course.

For some, Valentine's Day is something to look forward to as a day to celebrate love and romance.

For others, especially if you're currently single, it's a day you might prefer to skip.

But I would encourage you, even if you are uncoupled this year, use the day to pamper and treat

yourself.

Self-love is important, and it's a great idea to remember how special you are and celebrate that.

Some of the people I'll be telling you about this month could have used this advice.

If they had, they may not have found themselves in terrifying situations
