Today I'm bringing my sexy voice as you can hear it. Your deep, deep berry voice.

Yeah, man, I like something's with my throat.

I have no other symptoms, but my voice is just kind of shot right now

and I'm not sure what's going on.

We're suspecting you're not necessarily sick but run down.

I think so.

It's a lack of sleep.

Our sleep hygiene isn't as good as it could be, but we're trying to get that handled.

That's a very easy way of saying, a very nice way of saying it's terrible.

Yeah. It's horrible sleep habits.

It might be the last, that's like the final frontier for physical health is to make sure that our sleep is good because

we were natural night owls and when we put the kids to bed we want to have all of this time to ourselves and we end up going to

but way too late and then we get up the next morning early to start our lives and after a while

pretty soon like that just leads to psychosis and a deep resonant voice.

I call it going to sleep with the west coast and arising with the east coast.

That is that is our life absolutely and the other thing that you'll probably you the listener will notice is that well you won't know this I'm going to tell you piece of information and then you'll notice something after I tell you this piece of information.

We are going to be traveling to Egypt, which we're pretty excited about,

and we'll probably end up talking about in a future podcast when we get back from it,

because I have a feeling it's going to be a magical experience.
