So, but of course I always have to introduce my co-host mr. Sean Stevenson what's up Sean what's up Sean? What's going on Larry? How you doing today man? I'm doing awesome man. I'm I'm honored to do this show in in honor of our veterans and we've got a very

very special guest and I just wanted to take just a quick minute and if you're listening to this

show right here and right now, I want you to really think about, you know, our troops, you know, our veterans, our soldiers, our warriors. These people are absolutely amazing. We would not be able to enjoy the freedoms

we do today without these people who are constantly putting their lives on the line for us and

there's a special

special place in our hearts here at the Good Dad project to recognize those

people and I have the utmost respect for these people and in our

warriors and our troops and Sean I know you do too

Absolutely man and this is why I'm so excited that you had the idea to do this show and this kind of bonus sandwich

That we're delivering today for everybody and I'm really

excited about it and of course we've got I mean there's not really a person more

perfect to to have on today to really talk about the topic and talk about how it affects our family and how our world really runs because of what's going on with our troops and it's really a powerful phenomenon, you know, and really has helped to kind of evolve and shape our world today in the world of so many individual families, you know, and being in clinical practice over the years I've worked with many people in the military and also many people who have family members in the military and they're directly influenced by this

experience and oftentimes you know there comes a lot of stress

along with that situation there comes a lot of of joy there comes a lot of

of heart, courage, fulfillment.

There's so many different aspects to this,

but this is what it's all about today,
