Until you really immerse yourself in the gospel, in the word, in healthy Christian friendships and fellowship,

and this is love, not that we loved God, but that God loved us. So if we want to learn what love is,

we look at how he loved us

by sending his son as the appreciation for our sins. So we need to soak in that reality and

that love long enough that our love in dating and eventually in marriage begins to look like
