The last time that we were streaming while we were on the air,

Charlie Kirk was shot, and those of you who were watching know that we did not know how to

respond to this, because, of course, at the time, we did not have any idea how serious Charlie's

injuries were. That became obvious

when we stopped streaming and saw the footage, of course. In any case, we've done a lot of

thinking in the intervening week, and there's an awful lot that needs to be said. So we are going to, we are going to discuss Charlie's life, his death, the significance of both,

and then how it is that we move on from this with today's stream.

Anything you want to say before we launch into it?

Well, you just in terms of sort of the logistics of what we usually do here,

we pair our rent up top with sponsors to whom we are very, very grateful.

in what you understood to be a tribute to a man assassinated in the prime of his life
