Now we've been on a series for a number of weeks now entitled honor

to whom honor we've already covered a lot of area and if you haven't been with us let me

encourage you go online and download it in its entirety, and it'll be

worth your time, or go back to the word supply if you're in the building and get some CDs or get

some DVDs. And then when you listen to them, come back and get the next ones and come back until you

got it all. Because it is so important that we understand this,

it's affecting our life hugely.

The Lord would do great things for us, but it's not all up to him.

In 1st Samuel the second chapter

Eli and his sons were the priest

were the ministers in the house of God

and the things of God

but they had his sons in particular

had been doing some evil and wicked things

and he had warned them, and they had

not corrected it or changed it, and now judgment has come. And in 1 Samuel 2, 29, he said,

wherefore kick ye at my sacrifice and at my offering, which I commanded in my habitation and honorest thy sons above me.
