So you guys hear anything good on the radio lately? Here's some of the good stuff going on in the world today on The Wally Show.

When 19 year old Oklahoma teen Madison made a plan to move to Arkansas, she was excited when she found a two bedroom apartment where rent was only 350.

Wow, yes. So she jumped fast and signed the lease, side unseen. But when she pulled up and saw a sign that read,

but senior citizens apartments, she realized she accidentally moved into a retirement home community.

You know what? On the surface, you think, oh, this is bad. You're young. You want to be around all these young people.

But if you've ever lived in an apartment with a bunch of young people, it's a nightmare like hanging with oldies. That'd be awesome.

Well, you're exactly right. Madison is finding that out because she found out that she has a lot in common with her neighbors are actually not in common, but they just work well together.

So it's turning out better than expected. Whenever I get home, it's always usually super quiet.

Because most of my neighbors are like the other time I get home. But one major perk is that I can play music whenever I want to because some of them can't hear.

Oh, so funny. So she's documenting her time, right? Yes. She's putting it on TikTok. It's funny. Gone viral.

I could see you thriving in an old folks retirement home. I would love it. And they would love you because you love old people and like you would take care of them.

And then they would tell you stories. Oh, yeah. You know, they're great with gossip and like spilling the tea. All about it.

Did you hear what Ethel did over an apartment B? Oh, my word. Like I don't have any problem believing this because my wife and I were looking for a new house.

And so we went to this housing development like right near us. Like, oh, this is great. It's new. This would be awesome. So we go in and we're in there.

We're looking around or seeing all these big pictures on the wall of like grandparents and their kids and things like that.

Like, what in the world? And this lady is like, OK, so do you have an appointment? I'm like, no, we're just going to look into something. We'd go through the model home.

OK, well, who is this for? Am I us? And she said, oh, this is a 55 and older community, which I was like, thank you for not just thinking I was 55.

Just assuming. Oh, I know. I got to wait two more years, but then I'm there. I am so there, man. It's like to just have a golf cart and relax and like just do all the activities with old people.

I'm looking forward to this. Yeah, exactly. We have him. This is the Wally show and we play a lot of music here every day. And so it's only natural that songs are going to get stuck in your head.
