so directionally challenged. We thought we'd have it all figured out by the time we were

in our 30s, but surprise, we don't. And it's okay. Today, we are going to discuss divorce

and affairs and all of these crazy things that happened that really make life difficult.

And I'm going to go there with one of my really close friends. She is honest, she is

raw, she is real. Her name is Lauren McKinley. She is the founder of her sole repair, an organization

for women healing from divorce and betrayal. She is an author, creator of the same team co-parenting.

She's a speaker, a wife, a mama of three. She's most passionate about sharing the hope

that can come from even the most heartbreaking circumstances. So she is going to talk to us

about her heartbreaking circumstances and then help us through them. And she is such a testament

to life on the other side of that. And I'm so excited to share with you my lovely conversation

affair and how it ruined your marriage. You are extremely realistic in your approach to divorce.

You and I have known each other for a very, very, very, very long time. And I am the first

to attest to how undramatic you are. So when you say something with intensity, it really
