Elliot, D.J. How are we doing?

I'm doing great, man. I'm doing great.

We actually are coming to you on Tuesday morning instead of Monday morning,

so we don't have anything to talk about.

I mean, but we'll just start with a coaching carousel.

We usually start with a week in review, but there's too much going on in the carousel.

And kind of like we knew it was going to happen, you know, all these coaching changes were occurring before, you know, what we call Black Sunday in the business even occurred.

And then, you know, seasons are in and coaches are taking jobs.

So let's start it off because we can with my good buddy, Billy Napier,

which we knew he was riding out.

It was probably some things we couldn't tell earlier.

But finally took his shot.

He's been very patient going to Florida.

What do you feel about that?

I think it's a good hire.

Billy Napier has been successful.

You know, he's a Nick Sabin-Tree guy.

The intriguing thing is how many assistants from that 2015 staff at Alabama

are now Power 5 head coaches.

And, you know, he's used that same blueprint, I'm sure, at Louisiana, and it's been successful for him.

He was a successful coordinator at Arizona State.
